If the answer is yes then you
could be suffering from a food intolerance.

Unlike a food allergy which has been estimated to only affect 1.5%
of the population, food
intolerances
have been found in
up to 45% of people according to Allergy UK. An intolerance can happen when the body is not producing the right amount of a particular chemical or enzyme which is needed to break down
a food substance for digestion.

During your consultation I will be testing you for numerous substances which include common foods and drinks.

The test will also incorporate a vitamin and mineral deficiency check which can also be linked to many common health complaints

The procedure is very simple and non-invasive, involving a pen-like sensor which is connected to a
Di-etx electronic analyser.
By touching the tip of your finger on an acupunctural point; I will  be able to pinpoint foods  which could be causing your health problems. Results of the test are instantaneous so you will therefore be able to make changes to your diet immediately.

By holding a metal conductor in one hand and a stylus probe touching a finger on the other hand I am able to measure the energy which runs through your body. The level will be recorded when the food stuffs have been introduced to this flow of energy and again without them.
In the case of a intolerance the resistance level will be affected when the food stuffs have been added.
